Zibo OCT Art Center, designed by Studio Zhu-Pei, is a cultural hub in Zibo, Shandong, China, inspired by the traditional Chinese "Heyuan" layout. This contemporary interpretation features a central courtyard surrounded by multiple buildings, fostering community engagement and cultural exchange.
The permeable, overhanging eaves and annular form reflect local cultural identity and address regional climatic conditions. The courtyard hosts gatherings and semi-outdoor activities, while the tactile roughness of concrete roofs and masonry stone walls enhances its regional relevance. This design creates dynamic, column-free spaces that encourage immersive experiences.

Khối chính cao bốn tầng nhìn ra quảng trường cuối phố Chu Văn An.

In the 20s of the last century, the French advocated promoting colonial exploitation on a large scale and long term to revive the country that had just come out of World War I. Furthermore, in Indochina at that time , Governor-General Maurice Long was a reform-minded and ambitious man. In 1921, he invited architect Ernest Hebrard, one of the few famous French architects at that time, to become the first director of the Indochina Department of Architecture and Planning.
The Indochina Finance Headquarters (now the Vietnam Ministry of Foreign Affairs) was designed by Ernest Hebrard in 1924, construction began in 1925 and completed in 1928. This is the only project built according to the Master Plan. The administrative and political center of Indochina was also designed by him.
The project is located in the planning layout according to the "City - Garden" concept popular at that time, and also shows that architect Ernest Hebrard was clearly influenced by the classic urban design art of Beaux-arts Paris. and French Baroque garden-park style.
The building's floor plan design is completely symmetrical about the main axis in classic French architectural style. The four-storey main block overlooks the square at the end of Chu Van An street. The rear block overlooking the park is three stories high. The lower ground floor is where the service rooms are located. The low ground floor is necessary to create the appearance of the building, create airy conditions, prevent humidity and humidity to ensure the best working environment for the rooms on the upper floors.
The multi-layer tile roof system of Oriental architecture was skillfully exploited by Ernest, especially the large roof in the central block of the main façade, along with the layered roof, window coverings and lobby roof...Roof system It is also important in preventing rain, shading, and reducing solar radiation. Large windows, inside the glass, outside the shutters, have a roof and a system of holes in the wall body on the ceiling and floor windows, increasing the ability of air convection and natural ventilation to ensure micro-aerobic conditions. The climate in the room is best both in hot summers and cold winters.

Four years since designing their first ever flagship store in Shanghai, Neri&Hu once again collaborates with Jisifang to create a duo of two shops located in the Panlong Tiandi development.
The two adjacent spaces, one for Jisifang Boutique and the other for its sister brand Woven Moonlight, are each unique, yet dialogue with each other. Jisifang Boutique contains a wooden house within it, while Woven Moonlight is a concrete dwelling, each is tailored to their distinct brand identities and varying spatial requirements.
